This role is designed for a licensed CDL Driver who is eager to advance their career with a respected national company. The position operates Monday through Friday from 6 am to 3 pm, providing a consistent schedule that allows drivers to be home every night without the need for over-the-road travel. In this role, drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of building materials, including both ground and rooftop deliveries. Attention to safety, customer service, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations are essential aspects of the job. Drivers will collaborate closely with delivery material handlers to ensure materials are delivered and unloaded at the job site correctly. Responsibilities also include thorough vehicle inspections, detailed documentation of deliveries through a camera phone system, and management of delivery paperwork and payments.
