With a proud history spanning 70 years, Vantive has been at the forefront of meaningful innovations in kidney care. The company is committed to enhancing the dialysis experience through a combination of digital solutions and advanced services while investing in the transformation of vital organ therapies beyond kidney care. This deep dedication to improving patient outcomes and delivering greater flexibility and efficiency in therapy administration positions Vantive as a pioneering leader in the health care industry. By joining Vantive, employees become part of a community that values focus, courage, and a relentless drive to avoid mediocrity. The company fosters a supportive environment where meaningful work makes a real impact on patients' lives worldwide. Vantive strives not only to lead in kidney care but also to build a fulfilling workplace for its team members.

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) role at Vantive is a crucial position responsible for the safe operation of an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle, delivering dialysis products to a diverse range of customers, including home patients and kidney dialysis centers. This role involves physically demanding tasks such as delivering large quantities of dialysis solution, rotating stock, verifying order accuracy, and occasionally picking up and returning orders. The schedule for this role includes a four-day workweek with shifts from 5 am to 3 pm or 6 am to 4 pm, typically with one to two overnight stays per week, for which hotel and meal per diem are provided. Importantly, employees enjoy weekends off. Vantive offers competitive compensation starting at $28.85 per hour, along with an estimated annual salary range of $51,200 to $70,400 depending on location, skills, and experience. From day one, employees receive comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, paid holidays, medical and dental coverage, vision and voluntary benefits, paid parental leave, retirement savings plans, flexible health care spending accounts, educational assistance, and opportunities for overtime work.

This position reflects Vantive's commitment to equitable pay and transparent compensation practices, ensuring employees are rewarded fairly for their contributions. Working closely with home patients, regional office staff, customer service teams, and healthcare professionals, the Service Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Vantive's mission to revolutionize vital organ therapies and improve patient lives globally. This opportunity offers applicants a chance to thrive in an impactful, physically engaging, and community-oriented work environment.
