Vantive is a vital organ therapy company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients and care teams through innovative kidney care solutions. For over 70 years, Vantive has been at the forefront of developing meaningful advancements in kidney therapy, striving to enhance the dialysis experience with cutting-edge digital solutions and enhanced service offerings. As a leader in vital organ therapies, Vantive extends its commitment beyond kidney care, working diligently to create greater flexibility and efficiency in therapy administration. The company’s mission centers on extending lives and expanding possibilities, ensuring patients receive the best possible care that leads to longer and fuller lives. Vantive’s reputation is built on a legacy of excellence, innovation, and a compassionate approach to healthcare that encourages a collaborative and inclusive community of professionals.
At Vantive, employees join a focused, courageous team of individuals who reject mediocrity and are driven by the shared goal of improving patient lives worldwide. This vibrant work environment offers meaningful opportunities to those passionate about making a difference in the vital organ therapy space. Vantive fosters an atmosphere of respect, continuous learning, and development, encouraging its workforce to grow alongside the company’s evolving mission.
The role of Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) at Vantive is crucial in supporting the company’s mission by safely delivering essential dialysis products to home patients and kidney dialysis centers. This position involves operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dialysis solutions, effective stock rotation, and order accuracy. The role demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong customer service skills to interact with a diverse patient base and healthcare team. The Service Specialist performs occasional order pickups and returns, coordinating closely with multiple facets of the supply chain including regional office staff and healthcare professionals.
This position offers a unique and rewarding schedule that includes a four-day workweek with early start times, one to two overnight trips per week with hotel and meal per diem benefits, and weekends off, promoting work-life balance. The estimated salary range for this role is $51,200 to $70,400 annually, reflecting competitive pay aligned with market data, location, skills, and experience. Employees are also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package starting from day one, including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, disability, life insurance, vision coverage, and voluntary benefits.
Vantive provides a healthy and dynamic work environment where the physical demands of the job—such as lifting and moving dialysis cases, navigating varied urban and rural delivery locations, and operating material handling equipment safely—are met with robust support and training. Employees are empowered to maintain compliance with stringent safety regulations and DOT requirements, including the use of Electronic Logging Devices for Hours of Service logging.
Joining Vantive means being part of an important healthcare mission with an employer that values transparency, equitable pay, career development, and employee well-being. As the company continues to revolutionize vital organ therapy, Service Specialists play a pivotal role in touching the lives of patients daily and contributing to groundbreaking healthcare advancements.
