The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) role at Vantive is a critical position responsible for the safe operation of an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle to deliver dialysis products to a diverse home patient base and kidney dialysis centers. This role supports Vantive's core mission by ensuring patients receive essential dialysis solutions directly at their homes, guaranteeing product availability and order accuracy while managing stock rotation. The job requires physically demanding tasks including handling and delivering up to and sometimes exceeding 45 cases per delivery. Employees in this role manage complex deliveries across urban and rural areas, making each day unique and impactful.

This full-time position offers a four-day workweek schedule from 5am to 3pm or 6am to 4pm, with one to two overnight trips weekly supported by hotel stays and meal per diems. Weekends are off, allowing for work-life balance. The role offers competitive pay starting at $31.88 per hour, with an estimated annual salary ranging from $51,200 to $70,400 based on location, skills, and experience. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement
  • valid Medical Card
  • minimum 1 year driving comparable equipment
  • ability to maintain driver HOS log using electronic logging device
  • pass Industrial Capabilities Test
  • ability to perform multiple day routes including overnight travel
  • safely operate material handling equipment
  • follow all Vantive and DOT safety rules
  • ability to distinguish colors
  • physically capable to lift cases up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • able to work in extreme temperature environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement

  • inside delivery experience preferred
  • ability to maintain driver HOS logs using ELD
  • pass industrial capabilities test

Job Duties

  • Safely operate commercial vehicles from 18 to 24 feet in length
  • deliver dialysis products to home patients and kidney dialysis centers
