Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively during each shift
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops
- Must comply with all FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Valid CDL Class A license mandatory
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months in food and beverage delivery industry
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to read and communicate in English effectively
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred
- Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse
Job Duties
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
- Carefully unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
- Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
- Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance client experience
- Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- Operate manual transmission vehicles if required in specific locations
