The role of Delivery Driver at SRS Distribution is a critical position responsible for operating commercial motor vehicles to deliver building materials safely and efficiently to both commercial and residential job sites. This position demands compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies to ensure the secure transportation of freight without damage. Delivery drivers are required to inspect their vehicles for safety, load and unload materials such as lumber and other building supplies, and provide exceptional customer service representing the company in the field. Physical stamina is essential, as the job requires lifting heavy materials up to 100 pounds and working in outdoor environments. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a professional attitude when interacting with customers, management, and team members.
