We are currently seeking a CDL Class B - Home Daily Delivery Driver to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This position offers a unique opportunity for experienced commercial drivers to work close to home with a structured schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Drivers in this role can expect to earn between $302.91 and $372.72 per day, with average annual earnings exceeding $75,000 based on their daily route assignments. The workweek follows a five-day pattern with two consecutive days off, ensuring drivers have ample time to rest and recharge. Dispatch times generally fall between 2:30 PM and 8:00 PM, though they may vary depending on the specific route assigned.

As a CDL Class B Delivery Driver with Genesis Logistics, you will be entrusted with delivering food products using refrigerated trucks to major convenience store brands. Unlike other delivery roles, this one focuses solely on transportation of products without sales, staging, or merchandising responsibilities. Drivers will be responsible for loading their own trucks at the start of each shift, enabling a seamless delivery process. Routes include multiple stop deliveries, ranging from 8 to 20 stops per shift, tailored according to the route assignment.

The company prioritizes safety and proper training by offering paid orientation and ongoing training programs to ensure drivers are well-prepared for their duties. Weekly paydays provide financial stability, and upon completion of a probationary period, drivers gain membership in the Teamsters Union.
