The position involves strictly adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations to ensure safe and timely transport and delivery of goods. Drivers are expected to maintain their trucks and trailers, conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, and address any mechanical or safety issues promptly.
The role demands excellent customer service skills since the driver is often the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. Responsibilities also include carefully handling product deliveries, verifying orders against invoices, and managing paperwork accurately. Moreover, drivers handle loading and unloading tasks, including managing damaged goods and customer returns.

The work schedule features home daily routes with night shifts from Sunday through Thursday, providing predictability and work-life balance for drivers. Benefits are comprehensive, featuring day-one health and wellness coverage, employee stock purchase plans, 401K employer matching, paid time off, education assistance, and more.
