The role of CDL-A Driver at Performance Foodservice represents a crucial function in the company’s supply chain and overall mission to reliably deliver food and food-related products to customers. This position offers competitive compensation with an average daily pay of $420 on routes, guaranteeing a minimum of $400 daily, and a training pay of $320 daily. A CDL-A Driver at PFG is responsible for operating tractor trailers or straight trucks on various routes including intrastate, interstate, local, shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop assignments. These drivers are essential to fulfilling the timely and safe delivery of food items, adhering meticulously to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
