Truck, trailer, and cargo security are paramount, alongside adherence to all DOT safety and driving regulations. Drivers also play a role in general housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and organization of both vehicles and loading dock areas.

Performance Foodservice offers competitive compensation starting at a minimum of $350 daily, complemented by a component pay structure. The company provides numerous benefits, including health and wellness coverage starting from day one, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, employee stock purchase opportunities, educational assistance, and paid time off. Growth opportunities are available for employees keen on advancing within the organization while working in a safe and inclusive environment that values recognition, respect, and rewards.
