Job Description

Freight Forward Express is a reputable local transportation company based in Dallas, TX, partnering with Amazon through the Amazon Freight Partner program. This partnership is part of a rapidly expanding network of companies collaborating with Amazon to deliver high-quality freight services efficiently across the region. Freight Forward Express prides itself on leveraging advanced Amazon technology and equipment to ensure timely and reliable freight delivery solutions for a wide spectrum of customers. Known for their commitment to operational excellence and employee satisfaction, they focus on creating a supportive work atmosphere while maintaining a high standard for freight delivery services. Their operations are tailored to meet the growing demands of e-commerce and large-scale freight transportation, providing drivers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving sector of the transportation industry.

The role of the Class A CDL Truck Driver with Freight Forward Express is a key position responsible for the prompt and safe delivery of freight using Amazon equipment and cutting-edge technology. This position offers local routes based out of Dallas, TX, with the advantage of being home after every shift. Drivers will experience a mix of no-touch freight (drop and hook) and live load deliveries, covering routes typically ranging from 300 to 500 miles per trip. The role is full-time with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week, emphasizing stability in work schedules. It is ideal for drivers who value independence on the road but also desire the comfort of returning home daily. Compensation starts competitively between $19 and $24 per hour with added benefits, highlighting the company’s dedication to rewarding its drivers. The position requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver License, with candidates needing to meet specific eligibility criteria including a clean driving record and passing background checks. Freelance drivers are employed directly through the local company, not Amazon, but benefit from the association and consistent workload generated by the Amazon Freight Partner program.

Candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration, with on-the-spot job offers available for eligible applicants. The company values diversity and equal employment opportunities, providing a fast-paced, team-driven culture, supportive colleagues, and significant career development prospects. Those interested in a reliable driving career, backed by one of the world’s largest e-commerce platforms, will find this an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while enjoying competitive pay, schedule flexibility, comprehensive benefits, and daily home time.
