Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to work in the United States
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Ability to withstand cool and/or cold temperatures
Required to use motor coordination with arm, hand, finger, and leg dexterity
Must obey all federal, state, and local rules
Must have a valid Class A CDL License
Minimum of 6 months Class A driving experience
Experience operating MHE equipment

Job Qualifications

Class A CDL License in good standing
Minimum of 6 months Class A commercial driving experience
Ability to operate material handling equipment
Experience delivering into food service accounts preferred
Lift-gate, reefer, electric pallet jack and forklift experience helpful
Basic computer skills helpful
Good communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

Obey all federal, state, and local rules and regulations of the road including all DOT operating and recording procedures
Conduct daily face to face interaction with customers, representing Dawn Foods in a friendly, competent, and professional manner
Break down product, shelf stacking, offloading with electric pallet jacks, performing pre and post trip vehicle inspections as well as collecting invoice receipts that are generated from the deliveries
Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
Load trailers by stop, not by zone
Safely operate equipment including electric pallet jacks and forklifts
Maintain accurate delivery records and receipts
