The company has developed a distinctive approach to customer service by building strong relationships through a dedicated team of sales representatives, chefs, consultants, and experts. This collaborative team provides valuable advice on operational improvements, menu development, product selection, and strategic planning to help their customers succeed. Performance Foodservice's commitment goes beyond merely delivering high-quality food products; they strive to empower independent restaurant owners and food service providers to achieve their business goals and elevate their operational success.

The CDL-A Driver position at Performance Foodservice plays an essential role in the food supply chain, ensuring timely and safe delivery of food and related products to customers. This role is critical for maintaining the smooth operation of America's food distribution system. The role requires physical stamina as drivers must be able to hand-lift and use equipment to move and stack product cases weighing between 10 and 90 pounds.

This full-time, Monday through Friday position offers early morning dispatch with routes designed to have drivers return home daily, providing a balanced work-life schedule. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually. Employees also receive boots and protective gear, enhancing safety on the job.

Performance Foodservice prides itself on offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including day-one health and wellness benefits, an employee stock purchase plan, 401K employer matching, education assistance, paid time off, and many other perks. The company promotes a safe, inclusive, and rewarding work environment with a culture of recognition and respect, fostering growth opportunities for employees within the organization.
