The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday with dispatch times between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM, and drivers can expect routes lasting between 12 to 13 hours. Significantly, Performance Foodservice offers benefits starting from the first day of employment, underscoring the company's commitment to employee welfare and satisfaction. Benefits include health and wellness coverage starting immediately upon hire, an employee stock purchase plan, a 401K employer matching program, education assistance, paid time off, and additional perks.

Drivers are expected to be proactive in reporting safety or operational issues and participate as respectful and responsible members of the team.

Performance Foodservice stands out as a workplace that values safety, inclusivity, respect, recognition, growth opportunity, and teamwork. The company fosters a culture where employees' contributions are rewarded, and their well-being is prioritized, offering a secure and supportive environment made to help individuals thrive both professionally and personally.
