Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of general work experience preferred
- 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
- prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to pass DOT physical requirements
- ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of hire
- willingness to travel approximately 10% to other company locations
- availability to work some weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and move 50+ pounds repetitively
- ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach
- complete new hire and safety training
- willingness to demonstrate truck driving abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of general work experience preferred
- 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred

- ability to operate a forklift and hand-truck
- ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of starting
- ability to operate a Class A CDL tractor and trailer
- understanding of CDL compliance requirements
- ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements

Job Duties
- Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity
- sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis
- ensure that all accounts are merchandised and stocked according to company standards
- transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for accounts
- ensure proper accounting of product, cash and assets daily
- accurately and efficiently invoice and collect monies due
- foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts through daily communication, problem resolution and appropriate follow-up
- ensure neat appearance of all equipment and product in assigned accounts
- maintain clean and organized back room and manage trade breakage in assigned accounts
- perform required vehicle checks and load checks according to standard practices
- maintain quality assurance standards at every account
- maintain a safe working environment
- maintain professional, team relationships with co-workers and customers
- monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
- conform with, abide by, and reinforce all regulations, policies, work procedures, and processes
- be on time and follow through on commitments made to customers and co-workers
