Drivers must maintain detailed records including hours of service logs and freight paperwork, demonstrating accuracy and professionalism. They handle loading and unloading freight, perform damage control checks, secure cargo, and resolve any delivery discrepancies by communicating effectively with supervisors and customers. The position also requires physical capability to handle product freight typically ranging from 10 to 90 pounds, utilizing equipment such as forklifts, lift gates, and two-wheelers to maneuver goods safely.
