The driver must accurately complete necessary paperwork related to freight, perform loading and unloading duties, handle customer transactions, and manage the secure transport of goods. The role demands physical capability to handle freight of varying weights, ranging from approximately 10 to 90 pounds, often utilizing equipment such as two-wheelers and lift gates. Drivers are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the tractor and loading dock areas.

Performance Foodservice provides robust benefits starting from day one, including health and wellness programs, an employee stock purchase plan, 401K with employer matching, education assistance, and paid time off.
