Job Requirements
- Must be over 20
- Customer service experience is a must
- Valid NY Class B or higher CDL with passenger endorsement
- Valid medical card
- Pass background checks and driving tests
- Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings and evenings
- Ability to operate newer 24-passenger shuttle vehicles

Job Duties
- Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them
- Safely shuttling customers to various destinations
- Opening and closing doors for patrons
- Adhering to all traffic laws and signs
- Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers including radio contact
- Completing required pre-trip inspections
- Recording passenger counts and trip times
- Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
- Assisting in equipment set up and break down
- Sweeping shuttles and removing debris
- Communicating mechanical problems to management
- Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
