CDL B Roll-Off Driver- 6am-5pm

The position available at Waste Resource Management is for a Roll-Off Driver and Operator, a role critical to the company’s operations in transportation and servicing of waste containers. This role primarily involves the safe operation of commercial roll-off trucks to transport open-top containers to and from various customer sites, landfills, and transfer stations. The role requires a balance of physical endurance and technical skill as the driver must navigate large vehicles through tight, busy environments safely. Daily responsibilities also include conducting pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles and equipment, securing containers properly, and ensuring all activities comply with DOT, environmental, and company regulations. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, given the driver interacts directly with clients and the public. This role works mostly independently throughout the day, utilizing communication technology like tablets or phones to maintain contact with dispatch and handle necessary documentation.
