Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent degree
- at least one year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred
- completion of tractor trailer driving school accepted as substitute or addition to diploma
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently for communication and safety purposes
- valid Class B Commercial Driver's License
- insurable to operate company vehicles as condition of employment

Job Duties
- Safely transports product from the warehouse to customer locations according to assigned route
- unloads product from trailer by hand or using hand cart in all weather conditions and places in designated storage areas
- picks up, loads, and unloads damaged goods and customer returns, transporting them back to the warehouse
- completes all paperwork including DOT logs, vehicle maintenance reports, and delivery invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- ensures all food safety protocols are met and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor, trailer, warehouse, and yard
- follows preferred work methods and reports any unsafe conditions to management
- safely operates assigned equipment including hand cart, pallets, load bars, SLS unit, and personal protective equipment
- builds good customer relationships through excellent service and clear communication
- communicates route deviations, loading issues, or product concerns to management
- transports backhauls and line hauls, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- works assigned schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs
- performs other duties as assigned by management
