Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, Airgas is currently hiring for a Production Operator / CDL B Driver position. This role is integral to the cylinder requalification, filling, and repair process within the plant. The successful candidate will assist in moving industrial gas cylinders to various plant areas and support the loading and unloading of cylinders from delivery trucks using material handling equipment. The role also involves operating company vehicles including Tractor Trailers, microbulk trucks, and CDL B trucks to deliver compressed gas cylinders safely and efficiently to local and regional business customers. The position offers a home-daily schedule with reliable Monday to Friday shifts starting at 6 a.m., averaging 40 to 45 hours per week with occasional weekend support to assist the team.

Responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, safely securing and unstrapping cylinders, interacting professionally with customers, and ensuring timely deliveries. This is an active role requiring repeated vehicle exits and manual handling on customer sites.
