The company operates with a commitment to community values and business excellence, making it a respected name in the foodservice distribution sector. FreshPoint Bix Produce is currently expanding its team with immediate openings for Class B Service Delivery Drivers, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking a stable and rewarding career in delivery services, particularly those who are skilled in operating commercial vehicles and have a passion for excellent customer service. The position offers local routes that ensure drivers return home daily, which supports a healthy work-life balance—a core value of the company. Drivers are compensated at competitive hourly rates ranging from $28.90 to $34.25 depending on experience and certifications. Along with a good pay scale, the job provides a wide array of benefits such as paid vacations, holidays, healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and employee discounts, enhancing overall job satisfaction.

The delivery driver will be responsible for managing daily routes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of fresh produce to customers. This role requires physical stamina for unloading goods and handling products, some weighing up to 100 pounds. Drivers must follow detailed safety protocols, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and handle customer interactions professionally to resolve any issues promptly. The position demands adherence to Department of Transportation regulations and all company policies, supporting a safe working environment.

With shift hours typically starting between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM from Monday to Saturday (with Sundays and an additional day off), this job caters to individuals who are comfortable with early morning schedules and value being home daily. The company values its employees highly by recognizing service milestones and providing various incentive programs including bi-weekly bonuses and referral programs. Opportunities for career growth within FreshPoint Bix Produce and Sysco are abundant, making this role a substantial entry point for those looking to build a long-term career in the delivery and logistics field.
