FreshPoint Bix Produce is currently seeking Local CDL-B Delivery Drivers to join their dynamic team. This is a local driving position with routes that allow drivers to be home daily, offering a healthy work-life balance. The role involves delivering top-quality fresh fruits and vegetables to customers, servicing routes efficiently while meeting or exceeding designated delivery times. Drivers operate under a cross-dock model, picking up loaded trucks from the loading dock and returning empty trucks upon route completion. Responsibilities include loading and unloading products, handling customer interactions professionally, performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations, and maintaining safety standards. Pay ranges from $28.90 to $34.25 per hour based on experience and certifications, with shift options Monday through Saturday starting between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM until routes are completed.
