Job Requirements
- Class B CDL license
- 1+ year verifiable driving experience
- clean motor vehicle record with no major violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- ability to handle heavy touch freight
- physically capable of loading and unloading
- availability to work Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
- reliable transportation to Elk Grove Village, IL
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license
- minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- clean motor vehicle record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
- ability to handle heavy freight and perform loading and unloading duties
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Safely operated equipment on local routes
- transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- perform required handling tasks
- complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- meet the physical demands of the role
