R+L Carriers is currently seeking Class A Team Truck Drivers for their Arlington, TN Service Center. This role offers highly competitive annual salaries in the range of $120,000 to $130,000 per driver. Team drivers at R+L Carriers will primarily be responsible for pulling van trailers up to 53 feet or double trailers between service centers and turn-point locations. The work schedule includes being on the road for five days each week followed by two days at home, which allows drivers to maintain regular contact with family and friends. Job Requirements

  • CDL Class A license
  • 1 yr combined verifiable Class A driving experience within past 3 years
  • good driving record with no more than 3 moving violations total and no commercial serious violations
  • age 23 or 21 for military to civilian CDL transition
  • ability to operate equipment safely
  • pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen
  • complete successful road test
  • ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
  • dependable

Job Qualifications

  • CDL Class A license
  • minimum 1 year combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
  • good driving record with no serious violations
  • ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • dependable and responsible
  • knowledge of operating double trailers preferred
  • experience with haz-mat and tanker endorsements is a plus
  • previous experience with LTL freight is desirable
  • ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
