As a family-owned business with deep roots in the community, Ben E. Keith Company has built a reputation for excellence, consistently delivering fine food and premium beverages across multiple states. The company operates two primary divisions: the Food Division, a broad line multi-state distributor, and the Beverage Division, which proudly distributes Anheuser-Busch products along with a diverse range of craft and import beer brands, spirits, and wines throughout Texas.

The driver role requires strict adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations along with company-specific safety and operational policies. Drivers are expected to manage their time efficiently, handle multiple assignments, maintain clear communication with supervisors, and ensure products reach customers in excellent condition with no damage due to mishandling. Working at Ben E. Keith means joining a company that values diversity, inclusion, and the unique strengths of its workforce. With a core focus on team collaboration and mutual respect, employees are supported through comprehensive benefits that cover health, financial security, and professional growth. Drivers benefit from modern safety technologies, including AI-powered dash cameras designed to enhance safety and accountability on the road.

A commitment to customer service, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Moreover, drivers must be physically capable of performing lifting tasks, working in varying weather conditions, and engaging in extensive walking and standing as required by their delivery routes.

Joining Ben E. Keith Company means becoming part of a legacy of quality and dedication while enjoying competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a culture that fosters innovation, safety, and community engagement.
