R+L Carriers is currently seeking dedicated CDL A City Pickup and Delivery (P&D) Drivers for their San Jose, California Service Center. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with various shifts available, and drivers are guaranteed to be home every day. Starting pay for these drivers begins at $39.32 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to fairly compensating experienced professionals. Additionally, PTO is available after the first 90 calendar days of employment, together with access to an excellent benefits package including health insurance options and exclusive vacation lodging at their employee resorts located in Daytona Beach, Florida; Big Bear Lake, California; Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; and Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina.

As a City P&D Driver, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient city delivery and pickup of freight. Your duties will include making multiple stops each day, utilizing scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of goods, interacting directly with customers to provide excellent service, and performing liftgate deliveries when necessary using electric pallet jack equipment.
