R+L Carriers is currently seeking CDL A City Pickup and Delivery (P&D) Drivers at their Fontana, California Service Center. This full-time position offers a competitive starting pay rate of $36.64 per hour and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule with various shifts available. The role of the City P&D Driver involves daily city delivery and pickup of freight with multiple stops per day. Drivers utilize scanning equipment to maintain shipping accuracy and work directly with customers to ensure service excellence. The job also entails operating an electric pallet jack and handling liftgate deliveries safely and efficiently. R+L Carriers emphasizes safety and professionalism, requiring drivers to maintain a safe driving record and comply with federal and state regulations, including passing a DOT physical, drug screening, and a road test.
