The open position is for a CDL A City Pickup and Delivery (P&D) Driver based at the R+L Carriers Service Center in Fife, Washington. This is a full-time role with various shifts available from Monday through Friday, ensuring drivers are home daily without the need for overnight stays. Drivers in this role start with a competitive hourly wage beginning at $36.70, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding skilled professionals. As a City P&D Driver, the primary responsibility is to manage city-based delivery and pickup of freight, which involves making multiple stops throughout the working day. The driver must efficiently operate scanning equipment to track deliveries and pickups, work directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and accurate order handling, and utilize equipment such as electric pallet jacks to assist with liftgate deliveries when necessary. This role demands a high level of professionalism, safe operation of company vehicles and equipment, and a strong commitment to timely and accurate freight handling.

This role is ideal for seasoned CDL Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable driving experience within the last three years and a clean driving record.
