R+L Carriers is currently seeking Class A Linehaul Truck Drivers for its Anaheim, CA Service Center. This position offers an excellent hourly wage starting at $36.64 per hour with the advantage of drivers being home every day, which is a significant benefit for maintaining work-life balance. Drivers in this role will be responsible for pulling van trailers up to 53 feet long, including double trailers, between service centers and turn-point locations, making deliveries and returns within a local area. The role requires safe operation of the equipment at all times, successful completion of pre-employment DOT physicals, drug screenings, and road tests. Candidates must be at least 23 years old (or 21 if transitioning from military to civilian CDL under FMCSA specs) and have at least one year of combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the last three years. A clean driving record is essential, with no commercial serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past three years. Preferred candidates have endorsements such as Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat, with experience hauling hazardous materials or any LTL freight being an advantage.
