R+L Carriers is currently seeking Class A Linehaul Truck Drivers at their Carson, California Service Center. This role is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with overnight hours from 10 pm to 8 am. One of the key advantages of this position is that drivers are home every day, facilitating a healthy work-life balance and reducing the strain commonly associated with long-haul trucking. Drivers will be responsible for pulling van trailers up to 53 feet or double trailers between company service centers or turn-point locations. This position offers a starting wage of $36.64 per hour and includes paid time off available after the first 90 calendar days of employment. Job Requirements

  • cdl class a
  • at least 1 year combined verifiable class a driving experience within the past 3 years
  • good driving record / MVR and PSP with no commercial serious violations and not more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years
  • minimum age 23 or 21 if qualified through FMCSA military to civilian CDL transition
  • must be able to operate equipment safely
  • must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen
  • must complete successful road test
  • must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
  • must be dependable
