Koch Trucking is now hiring dedicated CDL-A truck drivers to join their team. This role offers an average annual salary of $80,000 with top performers earning $85,000 or more. New drivers also receive a $1,500 hiring bonus. The company offers competitive pay starting at 60 cents per mile based on experience and provides additional pay opportunities such as drop and stop pay which can amount to an extra $10,000 annually. Drivers benefit from weekly home time, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. The fleet consists of trucks that are on average 16 months old, including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models equipped with driver-friendly features such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters.

As a CDL-A truck driver at Koch Trucking, you will enjoy an all-expenses paid orientation held in luxury hotels located in Roseville, MN, and Appling, GA.
