Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid Class A commercial driver license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Physical ability to handle freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime, Saturdays, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 100 pounds
- At least 21 years of age
- Customer delivery experience preferred
- Experience with hand carts or hand trucks preferred
- Food and beverage delivery experience beneficial
- Demonstrated work history reliability
Job Duties
- Safely operate a Class A commercial tractor-trailer on local delivery routes
- Manually load and unload various food and non-food products including meats, produce, frozen foods, and dry goods
- Provide excellent customer service by building positive relationships and understanding customer needs
- Maintain clean and safe operation of the vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Record and report any vehicle or delivery issues accurately
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times
