Job Requirements
- 21 or older
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to lift, push, or move freight weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime, Saturdays, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift and handle freight weighing 40-60 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols related to commercial driving
- Consistent work history
- Experience with hand carts or hand trucks preferred
- Food and beverage industry experience a plus
Job Duties
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on assigned local routes
- Manually unload and deliver various food and related products to customer locations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through friendly interactions
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while on the road and during deliveries
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork related to deliveries and hours of service
- Inspect vehicle before and after routes to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer service teams to coordinate deliveries
