In Fargo, ND, Sysco is currently seeking dependable CDL-A Delivery Drivers to join their dedicated team. This is a local, full-time position with competitive pay starting at $30.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $100,000 annually through incentives and overtime. Most routes offer the benefit of being home daily, supporting a balanced work-life environment. Drivers will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers, delivering a wide variety of products such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods to customer locations on assigned routes.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers through a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring customer needs and expectations are consistently met. Drivers will manually unload and deliver products, requiring physical ability to handle freight that typically weighs between 40 and 60 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Flexibility is essential in this role, including availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.

This position requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record, a minimum age of 21, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Preferred candidates will have at least one year of customer delivery experience, some experience with hand carts or hand trucks, food and beverage handling experience, and a consistent work history over the past two years.
