This role is designed for solo company drivers who value full dry van truckload freight with 100% no-touch freight, meaning the drivers do not have to physically load or unload their cargo. The routes offer attractive home time schedules, with drivers being home every 11 days for 3 days or every 18 days for 5 days, depending on location. Salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $112,000 per year, with pay per mile ranging from 65 to 71 cents. Barr-Nunn offers a lucrative transition bonus on the first check for experienced drivers, including a $1,700 or $1,875 first check transition bonus, plus additional bonuses for drivers with or without a HAZMAT endorsement.
