This is a full-time employment opportunity offering competitive compensation with an average annual salary of $85,000 and the potential to earn $95,000 or more for top performers. Additionally, new hires are eligible for a $6,000 hiring bonus, boosting immediate earning potential. Starting pay is calculated between 57 and 59 cents per mile (CPM), depending on experience, and drivers who hold passports and deliver to Canada receive an additional $0.01 CPM.

Drivers at Koch Trucking can expect an average of 2,200 to 2,400 miles weekly, with home time scheduled approximately every 10 to 14 days depending on location.
