As a CDL-A Specialized Company Driver for Koch Trucking, you will operate well-maintained, late-model trucks including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models, each equipped with driver-friendly amenities such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters. The average truck age in the fleet is 16 months, ensuring comfort and reliability on the road.

The role includes home time every 10 to 14 days, depending on location, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Additional compensation features include drop pay for loaded and unloaded cars and stop pay providing $30 per stop. Drivers typically average between 2,200 and 2,400 miles weekly.
