Job Requirements

Must have a valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A)
Minimum of 4+ months of driving experience required
Safe driving record on the road
Must be 21 years of age or older
No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
Background check required
Clean drug test required
Clean clearinghouse results required
Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary

Job Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL license
Minimum of 4 months driving experience with a preference for 1 year or more
Safe driving record
Ability to pass background check, drug test, and clearinghouse verification
Physical ability to lift 90-pound tarp and perform necessary flatbed duties
Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations
Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
Secure loads properly using tarps and tie-downs according to flatbed safety standards
Operate flatbed trucks efficiently and safely on OTR routes
Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
Maintain accurate logbooks and records of deliveries and maintenance
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues
Participate in mandatory orientation and training sessions
