Currently, Koch Trucking is seeking CDL-A Specialized Company Drivers who are motivated and committed to delivering excellent service and professionalism on the road. This role offers an attractive average annual income of $85,000, with top performers earning over $95,000. Additional monetary incentives like a $6,000 hiring bonus and pay rates ranging from 57 to 59 cents per mile based on experience make this opportunity financially rewarding. Drivers with passports who deliver to Canada can earn an extra cent per mile, enhancing earning potential.

In this role, drivers operate newer model trucks averaging 16 months old, including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models equipped with driver-friendly amenities such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters. Average weekly miles driven range between 2,200 and 2,400 miles, with home time scheduled for 10 to 14 days depending on the location. Drivers also receive additional pay for drops ($4 per loaded/unloaded car) and stops ($30 per stop).
