Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- One year of driving experience hauling flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Must be able to comply with federal and state regulations
- Availability for home time schedules of 10-14 days depending on location
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to perform vehicle inspections and freight handling
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year driving experience with flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers
- Strong knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain focus and adhere to safety protocols
- Reliable work ethic and professionalism
- Comfortable using technology and mobile apps
Job Duties
- Drive specialized flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers safely and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations
- Ensure that all freight is loaded, secured, and unloaded properly
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and delivery logs
- Utilize company provided driver app and technology for seamless operations
