New drivers are welcomed with a $6,000 hiring bonus, and those who hold valid passports and perform deliveries to Canada receive an additional $0.01 per mile. Starting pay rates range from 57 to 59 cents per mile, depending on driver experience. This role offers a comfortable work-life balance with home time schedules typically ranging from 10 to 14 days out, depending on location. Drivers can expect to cover an average of 2,200 to 2,400 miles weekly, supported by a modern fleet of trucks that average just 16 months of age.
