Drivers can expect an average annual salary of $85,000, with top performers earning more than $95,000 annually. Starting pay ranges from 57 to 59 cents per mile based on experience, along with a $6,000 hiring bonus. Additional incentives include an extra one cent per mile for drivers with passports delivering to Canada, home time ranging from 10 to 14 days based on location, and various pay supplements such as drop pay and stop pay.

Drivers will operate modern trucks that are on average only 16 months old, including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models, equipped with refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, built-in inverters, and other driver-friendly amenities.
