We are currently seeking CDL-A Specialized Company Drivers to join our team. This is a full-time driving position offering competitive pay and excellent benefits. The average annual salary for this role is $85,000, with top performers earning $95,000 or more. New hires also receive a $6,000 hiring bonus, and drivers with passports who deliver to Canada earn additional pay per mile. Starting pay ranges from 57 to 59 cents per mile based on experience. Drivers can expect an average of 2,200 to 2,400 miles per week and are typically out for 10 to 14 days depending on location.

This position includes premium equipment, with all trucks being 3 years old or newer and the average fleet age only 16 months. Trucks include Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models equipped with driver-friendly features such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters for comfort and convenience during long hauls. Orientation is provided at a luxury hotel in Appling, GA, and is fully paid. Drivers are paid weekly and start accruing paid time off from day one, including three floating holidays each year.
