The position available is for CDL-A Specialized Company Drivers, offering competitive pay and an attractive benefits package. The role involves operating modern, driver-friendly equipment including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, all of which are three years old or newer, with an average fleet age of only 16 months. These trucks come equipped with amenities such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters to ensure driver comfort and convenience while on the road.

This role offers an average annual salary of $85,000, with top performers earning $95,000 or more. Starting pay ranges between 57 and 59 cents per mile (CPM) based on experience, and drivers with passports delivering to Canada receive an additional one cent CPM. The company provides a generous $6,000 hiring bonus as well as a $3,000 referral bonus. Drivers typically cover 2,200-2,400 miles weekly and enjoy home time every 10-14 days depending on location.
