The role of Customer Delivery Specialist at Nalco Water offers an exciting opportunity to join their expanding Fleet Operations team based out of Leominster, Massachusetts. This full-time position provides a competitive hourly wage of $35 to $37 and includes a comprehensive benefits package effective from day one. The key responsibility of the Customer Delivery Specialist is to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of chemical products to customers, plants, and warehouses within a 500 to 700-mile radius.
This position requires a skilled DOT driving professional capable of operating a variety of vehicles, including straight trucks, tank trucks, and over-the-road semi-trailers. Specialists will navigate diverse driving conditions, spanning congested city highways, rural roads, and challenging mountainous terrains. Additionally, the role demands routine preventive maintenance of delivery vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations, particularly when transporting hazardous materials.
As part of the daily duties, the Customer Delivery Specialist will utilize technology such as Samsara and paper logbooks to maintain accurate driver hours of service. Communication with sales teams and supervisors is crucial to promptly address any field or safety concerns. The position emphasizes adherence to Zero Defect Delivery procedures and strict safety practices, including the continuous use of appropriate safety gear and compliance with homeland security guidelines.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class A Commercial Driver's License with no restrictions and HazMat and Tanker endorsements
- Minimum three years of commercial driving experience compliant with federal and DOT regulations
- Minimum three years of an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Willingness to travel 3-5 days per week
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
- No immigration sponsorship offered
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
