The role of a US Foods Delivery Driver is a critical position within this organization, responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of food products to customers. Delivery Drivers are the face of the company and play an essential role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational success. This position offers a four-day workweek schedule with the days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, including a start time between 3 and 6 AM until the work is completed. The base pay is approximately $28.90 per hour, with overtime compensation available as applicable. This role requires someone who can manage physically demanding tasks such as lifting and unloading heavy products, often in challenging weather conditions, while consistently providing exceptional customer service. Drivers will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements
- Registered to the FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry
- Must be able to read and communicate in English

Job Duties
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
- Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
- Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
- Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
- Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
