Koch Trucking is currently hiring dedicated CDL-A truck drivers to join its specialized dedicated division. This role offers drivers the advantage of consistent and steady miles, as well as familiarity with the routes and customers they service, contributing to a more predictable and satisfying work schedule. Drivers in this division benefit from home time every other day, enabling a better balance between work and personal life. This employment opportunity features a competitive annual salary averaging $80,000, with top performers earning upwards of $85,000. Additionally, Koch Trucking provides a $1,500 hiring bonus to new drivers.

In this role, drivers operate well-maintained trucks, all of which are three years old or newer with an average fleet age of just 16 months, ensuring safety and comfort. The fleet includes state-of-the-art Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with driver-friendly amenities such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters. Drivers transport primarily no-touch freight, which minimizes physical labor and enhances job satisfaction.

The position offers starting pay at 70 cents per mile with drop and stop pay averaging an additional $10,000 annually.
