Koch Trucking is currently seeking dedicated CDL-A truck drivers to join their dedicated division. This role is ideal for professional drivers looking for reliable routes that offer familiarity with the roads and customers they serve, which helps in creating a predictable and comfortable driving experience. One of the key benefits of this position is the consistent weekly home time allowing drivers to maintain a healthy balance between their work and personal lives. The position offers an average annual salary of $80,000 with top performers earning $85,000 or more, coupled with a $1,500 hiring bonus as an incentive. The starting pay rate is 70 cents per mile, and with additional drop and stop pay, drivers can expect to earn an extra $10,000 annually. The freight is no-touch, meaning drivers are not required to handle loading or unloading of cargo, thereby reducing physical strain and enhancing comfort on the road.
