Delivery drivers are responsible for navigating routes efficiently, handling goods carefully, and providing professional customer service. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $31.05 and operates on a schedule from Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and one other weekday off. Drivers benefit from a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K retirement plans, life insurance, and more. Drivers also take pride in working for a company that values integrity, reliability, and strong relationships with customers.

As a US Foods Delivery Driver, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of operating commercial vehicles safely, performing all necessary pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and carefully unloading and placing products in designated customer storage areas. You will also be involved in verifying delivery accuracy, obtaining signatures, handling payments when needed, and representing the company positively through your customer interactions. US Foods emphasizes a culture where drivers are respected as vital members of the team, underpinning their success with strong values and support systems.

Candidates must meet specific requirements including being at least 21 years old, holding a valid CDL Class A license with appropriate endorsements and DOT qualifications, and have a minimum of six months of commercial driving experience or three months in food and beverage delivery. Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is mandatory as part of federal regulations. Proficiency in English is required to navigate traffic regulations and complete necessary reports. Preference is given to those who can operate manual transmissions, although it is not a universal requirement. US Foods offers opportunities for drivers to advance and grow within the company, making this role a rewarding career path for motivated individuals dedicated to safety, service, and teamwork.
